Ashton Hills winemaker Stephen George is another winemaker with an established reputation outside of the Adelaide Hills (Galah Wines and Wendouree) who sees the potential of this area to produce outstanding cool-climate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Riesling. The winery also produces small quantities of Obliqua and Cabernet Merlot.

The winery's rustic surrounds, on a dirt track just out of Ashton in the western part of the Adelaide Hills, belies the fact that it is only half an hour's drive from downtown Adelaide!
