BAROSSA VALLEY – PRIVATE TOUR

A Blend of Barossa

Personally escorted private touring

Experienced wine guides who work in the wine industry

Discover the amazing food and wine of this internationally renowned wine region on a private tour with a personal wine guide.  The full day tour begins with an experience which is the first of its kind in the Barossa – an invitation to the winemaker’s laboratory at Penfolds to try your hand at making your own blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre.  And you get to take your wine home in a personalised bottle.

A visit to Mengler’s Hill provides a stunning panoramic view of the Barossa Valley before you head to the village of Angaston for a casual lunch at a local café.  If you wish you can also visit the Barossa Valley Cheese Company, makers of many award winning cow and goats milk cheeses.

The next cellar door visited is the premium winery of Turkey Flat and to complete the day call in to boutique producers Torbreck Vintners – artisans of exceptional Barossa wines. To complete the day we visit the boutique producers of Langmeil –home of Australia’s oldest vines, before returning to your accommodation.
