Less than an hour's drive east of Melbourne, the Yarra Valley is home to over 40 wineries and is best known for its success with pinot noir, fine chardonnays and also cabernet sauvignon and shiraz varietals.
The Yarra Valley offers a unique food and wine experience, with many wineries specializing in the foods of the region at the cellar door and adjacent restaurants. Visit a 100-year-old working dairy and sample hand-made farm cheeses. Visit the Produce Store at Yering Station, showcasing produce from the Yarra Valley region and taste at the cellar door of local wineries. .

Yering Station Vineyards Yering Station is one of Australia's most spectacular winery set-ups. We'll start the day by showing you how to swirl, sniff & slurp and then you’ll be ready to taste some of Yering Station’s award winning benchmark classic Australian wines.

Rochford Wines Rochford's have long been the benchmark for style and class in the Yarra Valley and the wines also live up to this reputation. The first 1/2 hour will be spent at the tasting table, a great opportunity to make a wine selection for lunch! Then it's into the Restaurant for a superb lunch while taking in magnificent vineyard views. Lunch includes main meal, a glass of Rochford wine & tea or coffee.

St. Hubert's Vineyards St. Hubert's is the ideal place to delve briefly into the fascinating history of the Yarra Valley from the 1830's to today as it has played a significant role in Victorian winemaking. The wines here speak for themselves, the quality is exceptional. But we'll let you be the judge of that.

Domaine Chandon French Champagne company Moet & Chandon's Australian production house Domaine Chandon is the perfect way to finish the day with a guided tour through the winery that shows how the wine is made followed by a relaxing glass of Australia's best bubbly with light tasting platters and a view that will leave you in awe. Spectacular to say the least.
