LENSWOOD VINEYARDS
Tim Knappstein made his name in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s in the Clare wine region, but he had a belief that high quality cool climate wine could be produced in the Lenswood region in the Adelaide Hills. History has proven him to be right, with exceptional wines being produced by him and others since he planted his Lenswood property to Chardonnay in 1981, adding Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc in subsequent years.
